Since then, it has grown into one of Britain’s most dynamic arts organisations, representing British poetry both nationally and internationally. Today it has more than 4000 members worldwide and publishes the leading poetry magazine, The Poetry Review

Founded in 165, Poetry Wales is Wales’ foremost poetry magazine, publishing  internationally respected contemporary poetry, features and reviews in its triannual print and digital magazine. National Centre for Writing

The National Centre for Writing celebrates and explores the artistic and social power of creative writing and literary translation. Our on-going programme of innovative collaborations engages writers, literary translators and readers, in person and online, in projects that support new voices and new stories, and respond to the rapidly changing world of writing.

Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature

If you have ever visited Ulyanovsk you will never forget its picturesque view of the Volga River, narrow streets in the city-centre and houses built in the 19th century. The territory covers 123 sq.miles, its population is 600 000 people representing over 100 nationalities.
